These wood chunks are made 100% from white oak bourbon barrels that previously held Blanton’s bourbon. No fillers. All it takes is 2-4 chunks per cook, so the bag lasts for several cooks. They produce a great sweet smoke for your barbecue! Use just as you would with regular oak chunks.
