I’ve tried Down with the Swine on smoked pork shoulder, chicken and tri-tip. It was great on all of them. I mean, I’ve even tried it on toast (I just wanted an excuse to have more of the rub). The balance of salty, sweet with a spicy kick will have me ordering up plenty more of this in the future.

Down with Swine is pretty much our go to seasoning when grilling anymore. We love the smoky, sweet flavor that has just the right kick to it. We have used it on pork, chicken, even brats and it’s amazing on all. Within our family we range on the levels of kick we like in our seasoning and this is perfect and satisfies us all. I recently used Down With the Swine rub on 2 racks of baby back ribs. It has tremendous flavor and was a huge hit with the family. The color on the ribs turned out fantastic as well giving it that deep red look we all strive for. Would most definitely recommend!
