Description
Up North was initially conceived for the 2019 Grill on the Hill Eggfest in Gaylord, Mich. It received tremendous feedback and helped us win Best Pork. We also used it in our dish at The Ohio Eggfest a few months later, where we placed Top 3 out of 36 teams in both judge’s vote AND people’s choice.
Since then, we have been using it on our pulled pork and pork belly burnt ends at local BBQ pop-ups. The feedback has been fantastic, so we decided it was time to release it into the wild.
Comes in a 12oz or 16oz glass bottle.
Ingredients: Ketchup (tomato concentrate, cane sugar, distilled vinegar, salt, onion powder, spice, natural flavor), Cheerwine (carbonated water, sugar, caramel color, phosphoric acid, natural and artificial flavors, artificial cherry flavors, caffeine, citric acid, sodium benzoate (to protect flavor), red 40), brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, molasses, maple sugar, filtered water, Worcestershire sauce (distilled vinegar, molasses, sugar, water, salt, onions, anchovies, spices, tamarind extract), butter, honey, contains less than 2% of salt, spices, maple extract.

Hands down one of the best sweet BBQ sauces that I have had. We tried it on pulled pork sandwiches and it was a hit! The subtle cherry flavor pairs so well with pork. I’ll be trying it on Ribs and burnt ends next!

Up North BBQ Sauce – Pasatiempo Barbecue is definitely one of the best BBQ sauces I’ve ever tasted. I’m a huge fan of BBQ and have tried many different brands, but this one stands out for its rich, smoky flavor and just the right amount of sweetness. It’s perfect for beef, pork, and chicken, and I also love using it as a dipping sauce for fries or onion rings. I highly recommend Up North BBQ Sauce – Pasatiempo Barbecue to anyone looking to take their BBQ game to the next level!
